You are probably not interested but I just finished remodelling my stateroom on a 42 convertible, I opened up the area to the stbd, took out the cabinet and cut off a corner of the bed, moved the small 3 drawer cabinet into the hanging locker and bought a custom mattress, . turned out great, a walk around bed what the boat has always needed.
