I recently noticed unburned fuel emanating from the exhaust when I started up on Sunday. The problem persisted while underway and slowly stoped after returning to dock. Funny thing is, I started the engines up just on Friday to warm them up and had no problems. I know the starboard engine has some compression problems, but I'm curious what causes the problem to appear from one day to the next?
