1967 Uniflite flybridge, 28', single screw, 300hp chrysler that runs strong.
What's good: Hull is in excellent condition, no bubbles at all, freshly painted with interlux enamel Controls all good,(upper/lower) Motor very strong and quick starting New twin gas tanks Full Galley, Vberth. Freshly upholstered sunbrella cushions(never even been on the boat) canvas bimini for flybridge(not mounted) and canvas cover bildgepumps good vhf radio, shore power inverter with cord I've replaced, Rear bulkhead which was badly rotted repaired a large area of deck rot with fresh balsa, epoxy and glass, it is rock solid new engine compartment hatches What it needs deck patch needs to be filled with bondo, then the whole deck needs repainting, and the deck stringer mounted(it's in place, it just needs to be drilled and mounted up). Bifold cabin door needs to be remounted carpet needs to be put down in galley/v berth headliner needs to be reattached ladders need to be remounted. The boat is very complete. The biggest problems with her are an annoying leak in the v-berth, I believe this comes from around the cabin windshield. and there seems to be a leak from a screwhole in the roof of the cabin, the water drips outside the cabin into the stairwell. In the near future the plywood flybridge sides will need to be replaced. If anyone is interested I can send along some pictures. email me if you think you might enjoy this project more than myself. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "UnifliteWorld" group.
