Hey guys, I have a boat exactly like this on the Florida Keys. 1978 42 feet. will consider $45000 or trade for a comfortable sailboat. this is a great live aboard and anchored for a very nice retirement at arguably the greatest docking on the Florida Keys. We anchor on a large cement block, park our car, bycycle, garbage disposal, pump out,..all for free! all amenities are are virtually walking distance away. We live comfortably on our little SSI.
