I know this issue has been discussed here before, but I'm not quite sure what the current status is regarding it. From what I can tell /proc/PID/exe still points to a file in a branch and not in the union. Will this behavior be changed in the future, or is there a reason not to change it?
I've been evaluating the latest CVS snapshots for a rootfs union, but Debian's start-stop-daemon will sadly fail as it will not be able to locate the processes.
Thanks,
Tobias
