I have only light understanding of how things work in Xen, but the answer to
your question depends on what you want to do with unionfs. You want to
compile unionfs for whatever kernel that you are going to try to load the
module in.

We don't maintain any RPM packages ourselves. We however do a contributed
.spec file as a part of the tarball.
