I was unable to use CHECK on a boost::noncopyable that implemented operator 
bool(). This is because "bool Check(Value const value)" passes by value. I got 
around this by redefining "CHECK(value)" to apply "static_cast<bool>(value)".

It seems to me that this would be a useful change.
