Bug description:
Network menu lacks a refresh button when viewing available wireless
networks. When a user is at the edge of a network, it is often useful
to have a refresh button since the desired network may not always
appear in the list due to weak signal. I am often forced to manually
refresh the list by using the hardware switch to disable and re-enable
wifi. It would also be nice to have a refresh switch since Windows 7
has one...
