settings: wifi signal strength meter should use a more noticeable
color

Bug description:
The new sinal strenght meter in indicator-network-settings, introduced
in indicator-network 0.3.6, has an excessively subtle color (light
grey in a mostly grey/white interface), which makes it hard to in fact
check out what's the sinal strenght.
A more prominent and noticeable color, say, orange (to keep
consistency with Ambiance/Radiance) or red/orange/green, depending on
the strength (these 3 have a strong chromatic metaphor associated,
though they're easily recognizable).
