Jenkins pbuilder build needs actual build plus test runs in packaging
Status in The Power Indicator:

Bug description:
The packaging at lp:ubuntu/indicator-power doesn't seem to be
performing a proper compile; while we're at it we'd like to see it
perform a make check so that we can reap the lovely test results.
I'll attach a log; setting to high priority as we'd like to see this
building in Jenkins.
