It shouldn't dismiss after every activation. Why would enabling wifi
dismiss the menu? You would generally want to select an access point
after that.

Bug description:
  The power indicator should hide itself when I click on the "Battery
  Settings..." button. Currently it opens the settings application, but
  doesn't hide itself, so it looks like nothing has happened.
