Still an issue on 13.10 : - have thunderbird opened and in the background - have a notification in messaging menu and clic on it
What happens : launcher icon shakes but Thunderbird stay in background What is expected : (launcher icon shakes) and Thunderbird comes in front of other windows showing the 1st new message.
