Bug description:
Use Unity Greeter to fulfil lock screen as well as login functions.
Desired Solution:
- Replace the current lock screen with the Unity Greeter

This is a FFe to implement in unity a lockscreen that looks like
unity-greeter inside unity.
The code for unity was ready before FF, but to improve PAM support we had to
delay it
