Title:
Active Wifi AP is not shown as active

Status in Network Menu:
  Fix Released
Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Mako running 151

The environment has a number of APs with the same name and roaming enabled.
The name of the active AP is shown in the list but without a checkmark.
I suspect the duplicate removal code is removing the active AP since it is
checking signal strength and not whether it is active.
