STEPS:
1. Flash a fresh image
2. Run through the Welcome wizard on the location page deselect location
3. Complete the wizard and the edges demo
4. Log into the system
5. Drag down the location indicator
EXPECTED:
I expect to see nothing selected in the location
ACTUAL:
GPS is turned on, location is turned off.
