As described, the "Shared to other computers" option is missing from
"Addresses" dropbox.
In the attached screenshot, on the left we see the "Network" GUI and on the
right we see the "Network Connections" GUI.
As this option is only accessible through the "Network Connections" GUI, we see
that the option is not accessible in the "Network" GUI and is blank.
