However, it is not included in the generated html and thus not visible in devhelp. The attached patch fixes this by referencing the right section in the doc string. [Test Case] Open devhelp, search for "MessagingMenuApp" and click on description. The section should be non-empty. [Regression Potential] The fix only touches documentation.
