Bug description:
Allthough th gnome sound-applet has its volume control, it only
controls my local volume, but not the one on my mpd host.
I propose a feature to add a simple volume-control into the sound menu
that controls the mpd-host. It should be optional and by default only
be visible if the host is not local!
