This is due to a bug in the backend that discards alarm that are set to
ring at the time they are due. Reassigning it to indicator-datetime.

Bug description:
I'm using BQ phone with devel-proposed channel.
When setting a note with the dedicated app, and setting a reminder,
the reminder is never pop up. I can see my note in the navigation bar
under clock view, but reminder never pops up
