You're using Ubuntu 12.04 and that webapp is working just in Ubuntu
13.10 or 14.04 ;)

  Repository source gives 404 not found error

Status in Telegram Unity Webapp:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I tried the following to install Telegram web app,

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:costales/unity-webapps-telegram
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install unity-webapps-telegram

  then I got the following error:

  Reading package lists... Done
  W: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/precise/Release.gpg 
 Temporary failure resolving 'archive.ubuntu.com'

  W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/costales/unity-webapps-

  W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/costales/unity-webapps-
  telegram/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not
  Found
