Public bug reported:
Telegram app shows "no chats" when opened with an internet connection
turned on (wifi or mobile). But Telegram app shows chats when opened
with no internet connection at all. Furthermore after a while Telegram
screen freezes.
So my procedure is turning off internet, opening Telegram, turning on
internet. Then I can receive and/or send some messages for a while. Then
screen freezes. Time till freezing is always different.
Problem is present since I installed OSMScout. But there must not be a
connection between those two events.
