On street parking near 50th and Baltimore -- you've got to be kidding.
There hasn't been any of that since before the Market opened.
Dropping-off/picking-up kids at Hickman Temple's Day care has always been
more than problematic as a result.
Trying to use the ATM at Phila Federal, there are always 4 or 5 cars
illegally parked....
I havn't seen it get any better in the past years.
