I am happy to report that details were arranged for how the two events will use the park on Saturday morning (9/29). I just came back from a meeting with representatives of the Music and Arts Festival, Dept. of Recreation, and Jannie Blackwell's office. I went as representative of the Clark Park Youth Soccer League. The morning soccer session will take place in the park at its usual 10:30 - 12noon time. The Festival will start at its scheduled time. As previously arranged, the afternoon soccer session will be relocated to 47th and Woodland. (Parents can call 215-552-8186 for details) All parties also agreed to work at preventing similar situations from occurring in the future! Julie Regnier
