[UC] Veterinary School Expansion

In yesterday’s Philadelphia Inquirer there was an article that was essentially talking about financial problems that our local colleges and universities were having.  In that article, it was mentioned a planned $48 million expansion of Penn’s veterinary school that would require city approval to close part of Baltimore Avenue where it intersects with Woodland and University Avenue.   I pull my head out of the sand every once in a while, but I had not heard anything about this.  I was wondering whether anyone knew anything about this.
