Time-Warner's Road Runner service became officially available with your
January Bill. (ie it's finally announced on the bill.)
It's actually been available since sometime in August in about 90% of
University City -- UCW just never told anybody about it.
Last time I checked (in December) you have to call the service number,
get the main swithcboard phone number and then ask it for the Road Runner
phone number.
Hopefully, UCW has made that process simpler since the January
announcement.
It works at least as well as Comcast's service...
I have static IP addresses so at the moment, I'm sticking with DSL.
