This is a sad story, but I think that Larry Falcon has a slight axe to grind with UPENN. One thing-- if the guards let them up, why were they arrested? It sounds like the guards _didn't_ let them up, and then they were in fact tresspassing.
I can only imagine what WPhilly would be like if UPENN were not here. Sure, they do a lot of shady things, but would you really have them not interested in the neighborhood at all?
