One of my clients must "Broom Clean" a basement by next week.

He has a full Coal Bin.
It predates his furnace and his ownership of the home.
The property is near 34th and Baring.

Other than a Dumpster can anyone think of any expedient way to get the
coal into the hands of someone who can use it?  This Owner is prepared to
give it away.   He'd love to find one right-sized user for about a ton of
coal, but, he will happily give it to individuals with Coal Stoves (bring


Can coal it be vacuumed or conveyed out of the basement or must it be
moved one pail at a time?
