Last Saturday Phillycarshare, a non-profit that is working to bring car sharing to Philadelphia, had an informational table out at Baltimore and 47th. The concept sounds like it could work in West Philadelphia and might help reduce the number of cars in the neighborhood (a perennial topic on this list).
I was very happy to come across the information and have the opportunity to add my name and contact info to their list of interested folks, which they're using to plan where they will locate their cars.
