If you're looking for brown leaves, there's plenty in Clark Park. They were mowed this week, so they are perfect for layering into compost. I keep a pile of leaves next to the green plastic tubular bin with black lid that I bought from Phila Green a few years ago. As I add kitchen waste (non-animal) I throw on a bunch of leaves to cover it up. This seems to work well. I rarely get around to mixing it up, but I've had decent results anyway.
