Dear University City friends; We have a good friend looking for housing in our neighborhood. She currently is living in Fairmount with her 13 year old son and two young adult daughters. She is a really neat woman who, although born in the US, spent most of her adult life in Kenya. She works for the Prison Society,now.
She would be a great tenant: thoughtful, responsible, pay her rent on time (she has good credit), interesting, responsible and agreeable kids.
