Mary Fischer provided the most useful response:
"You can check this web-site to see the streets that are emergency
routes.
They are also labeled with white signs.
http://www.phila.gov/streets/snow_emergency.html"
I wrongly concluded Trolley Lines were Snow Emergency routes.
Please accept my apology for the bad info.
As penance, instead of listing the "nots", I have transcribed the actual
"Snow Emergency Routes" from the Web-site. This lets folks store the
list in an E-folder.
The site is printable, and I have tucked the entire list into my Glove
box.
Thank you Mary.
34th University to Grays Ferry

Chestnut 6200 - 2000
Girard 4700W- I-95
Grays Ferry 3300 W -2600 W
Lancaster 6300 N - 4800 N
Market 3000 W - Front

Woodland 7300 W - 3800 W
And while the Trolley routes are not listed as "Emergency" routes, the
tracks are slippery. Residents may want to avoid parking on those
streets, especially near the corners where stopping can = sliding.
Best!
