On Monday, March 3rd, 2003, the "first-ever world-wide theatrical event for
peace" will occur with hundreds of readings of Lysistrata, Aristophanes'
anti-war comedy, in 52+ countries to protest the rush to war on Iraq. Many of
the readings will benefit non-profit organizations working for peace and
humanitarian aid in Iraq.
Philly readings include:

--University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, 43rd St. and Woodland Ave. (in the
Misher Tent between Griffith & Whitecar Hall on 43rd St.), 4 PM


--HUB South, 1914 S. 7th St. (between Snyder and Mifflin), 7 PM

--2111 Sansom, 8 PM
