I am writing on behalf of friends who because of health reasons have an urgent need for a new living situation.
Who: Family with one teenage son who are long term residents of West Philly, would be excellent & dependable tenants, and have no pets. What: A three bedroom apartment with as few steps as possible--first floor or a dependable elevator. It should be in the West Philadelphia/University City area and accessible to public transportation. They might consider a two bedroom apartment. Also helpful would be leads for immediately available temporary housing while they find a permanent solution. Please send any information you have to me off-list. Thank you.
