The current chair of the Group Homes Committee is Dan Safer of Powelton Village Civic Assn. Each community assn. has a "point person" who attends group home committee meetings. I'm not sure Dan is on the listserv and has been following the long discussion on this topic, though I did forward the original email from Betsy Magill to him.
