Thanks for the site info guys-

FYI: Next drop off date and location (new location each month)
May 8 Thursday
Streets Department's 1st Highway District Yard
4800 Parkside Avenue west of Belmont Avenue in West Philadelphia.

There were 20 city employees in tyvek suits, packing waste into 55 gallon
drums
Very professional operation.
They did take my latex and oil based paint- but said that in the future,
either one should be mixed with an absorbant such as kitty litter and
thrown in the regular trash because dry paint is not a hazardous
substance.
The Hazardous waste drop off may not accept liquid paint in the future-
They did take anything from my pile whatsoever, without any questions
I couldnt have told them what some of my old goop was if they did ask me.
