I do not think this is good enough. Spruce Hill association needs to come
clean with all the folks they imply to represent. Just posting a flyer on a tree
does not ensure that the word gets out. Most permanent residents that work
late do not want to be bothered with all the junk posted everywhere without rime
or reason. This is not a responsible way for a public community group to
function. put the flyers in the mail boxes of all people this is not a little
issue that will just go away.
