Having been involved in community organizations myself, I think your demand that SHCA place a flyer in every mailbox (which I believe is illegal) every time it decides to hold a meeting is unrealistic. SHCA is a community organization consisting of a board of, I believe, non-paid volunteers. There are limits to what an all volunteer group can accomplish. Perhaps, since this issue is important to you, you can volunteer to distribute the meeting notices so those who work late and ignore postings can stay informed.

Film Office Reps will be at next Spruce Hill Board M... I do not think this is good enough. Spruce Hill association needs to come clean with all the folks they imply to represent. Just posting a flyer on a tree does not ensure that the word gets out. Most permanent residents that work late do not want to be bothered with all the junk posted everywhere without rime or reason. This is not a responsible way for a public community group to function. put the flyers in the mail boxes of all people this is not a little issue that will just go away. This meeting only came together yesterday, and was advertised as soon as possible. The agenda is just for reps from Hack and the city's film office to take questions and hear concerns from the community.
