First, Provide your source of "its illegal" to put public notice on insure in
mail boxes since you appear to be a layer.

Second, I am not the person who unilaterally gave permission and took a
pledge of $500.00, therefore it is not my responsibility to explain myself or
organization to the area. I did not vote for or employ them to act as my counsel or
representative. Therefore, they need to get the word out effectively.

Having been involved in community organizations myself, I think your demand
that SHCA place a flyer in every mailbox (which I believe is illegal) every
time it decides to hold a meeting is unrealistic. SHCA is a community
organization consisting of a board of, I believe, non-paid volunteers. There
are limits to what an all volunteer group can accomplish. Perhaps, since
this issue is important to you, you can volunteer to distribute the meeting
notices so those who work late and ignore postings can stay informed.
