One of the circular litter offenders is a regular contributor to this list. I recently saw circulars from a real estate agent littered all over 45th st. near Sam's. The circular asked what the home owner would want for their house if the sold this coming spring. The irony is they were left in large numbers in front of obvious apartment buildings.
