The tree in front of my house was lost to Isabel. The tree separated from it root system, picked up the pavement some and leaned more. The fairmount park commission removed it yesterday citing it as dangerous.
Now my question: Where is that HACK tree? Has it already been planted? If not, could I plant it in front of my house to replace the old one?
