The best place to take kids on Halloween is the 4200 block of Regent Square. For the last 30-40 years we have closed off the street on Halloween for safe Trick or Treating and normally have tables set up at some point to give out hot dogs, lemonade and cupcakes to the kids. Many decorate their homes for the season and a few childish residents even dress up in costume. All are welcome.

We would love to take him "trick-or-treating" and were hoping to find out if any of the neighborhood blocks follows this tradition. We also heard that there has been a Halloween parade held nearby in recent years. We would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
