I'm against such a rule (as Melani suggested) as well. We would probably spend even more hours debating whether or not some statement was, or wasn't, in one of the offending categories. Better to let such people hang themselves, as Brian suggested.
Not that this is a _good_ way, it's just a _better_ way than the alternatives. Bill McGill (elsewhere) touted the power of the DELETE key. I'd like to recommend another key as well, the BACKSPACE key. Astoundingly, free speech actually permits you to re-read, and re-think the phrasing of, whatever you're about to say, BEFORE you send it.
