For those of you who have not lived in Philadelphia all your lives, this may not seem califractiousexpialidocious but I had to call City Hall and someone picked up after one or two rings and said Good Morning. Then transferred me to someone who picked up right away, then the 2nd transfer placed me quite soon with a voice that helped me. Have I entered a parallel universe? Is this Star Trek Next Gen? No, I don't think so. Now I know what it's like to live in a small town where people actually expect help and get it, most times at least.
