PHILADELPHIA NEIGHBORS, not fat cat real estate developers from out of the area. Local
people from all walks of life pursuing their dreams to own their own
businesses.
*And* Stealth Mennonites! Now it can be revealed! Baltimore Avenue from 43rd Street to 50th will shortly be closed to infernal combustion machine traffic -- open only to trolleys, bicycles, pedestrians, horses and buggies. HACK tow trucks will remove all the automobiles next Thursday. Before the HACK tow trucks swing into action, Yuppies will be invited to attach a rubber hose up their nose with the other end to the exhaust of their infernal combustion engine device and inhale.
Baltimore Avenue between 43rd and 46th will be renamed Felix Manz Boulevard, after the first Anabaptist martyr, drowned in the Limmat River, Zurich, 1527. Baltimore Avenue between 46th and 50th will be renamed Miriam Stoltzfus Platz.
University City Village will become an Amish Paradise! Hallelujah!
