Thanks for the reply. I heard that the Halloween Paradeforms at 4:30 pm. I haven't seen one of the flyers, though it was reported their are flyers around Clark Park for the Parade.
I also heard that the people on Regent Square throw a party, and that the multi-colored house at the corner of Faragut and Springfield likes to give out candy.
