You missed my point. Number 1, I have been on this Listserv from the beginning.

There have been incidents over the years regarding political promotions and most

people on the list agreed that it was inappropriate content and not to do it.

Number 2, I am speaking about everyone, including Liz.

Number 3, Matt is “tongue-n-cheek” ..however he has been shamlesly promoting

his candidate on this listserv for months. It is political spam.

I didn’t originally post Matt’s name in my e-mail because I didn’t have his permission.

We then traded private mail and he said it would have been fine to mention his name.

I then asked him to post regarding “Hack” and it turned into a Sam Katz commercial.

Whatever……It will all be over soon.

Dear Jon
Good point. Matt was being funny so lets not
kill animals and have a nice evening in the rain

Anyway, I think Matt's comment was bit tongue-in-cheek.  That said, I think the listserve is a fine place for political discourse and promotion.

Thanx Matt, and NO THANKS at the same time.

Did you really need to use this as yet another opportunity

to promote politics and your choice of a candidate on the listserv?

Political promotion shouldn’t really be a part of this listserv.

Hack is to blame for their broken promises and failure to

communicate. The buck can stop there for now.

I was the unnamed "neighbor" in Scharrieff's email and did witness the relocation of the vehicle.  The tow-truck operator could not have been more cordial and professional, but was simply doing what he had been ordered to do and was unaware of the assurances made to the community by the production company and the City.

Would it be opportunistic to blame this on incompetence at the highest levels of the Street Administration?

No, I'd never do that.  However, I can assure you that if Sam Katz becomes Mayor, all of these problems, like all of the problems of the City in general, will go away.  Really.  I promise.

Matt

This morning the Philadelphia Police relocated a couple of cars to my block

at 4300 Osage Avenue. A neighbor witnessed the relocation and waited

while I asked the tow driver why he was relocating and not towing them to the

designated lot on 47th and Baltimore Ave. The driver said he had not been towing

cars there and knew nothing about the flyer that Hack distributed. The Hack flyer

says that the cars will be towed to the parking lot. I showed him the flyer.

We now have cars on our block taking up spaces, the owners don’t know where

they are, and that particular tow driver is not taking cars to the lot, he also said

that other cars are being located onto random street spots.

FYI
