[UC] New Coffeehouse

I was in the area of Koch's yesterday, and stopped by the 
still-under-construction coffeehouse on the 4300 block of Locust. They 
said "We'll be open tomorrow, sir."

Half expected them to say, "And don't worry, sir! We'll have Geritol on 
tap, too!"

So while I'm happy to tell everyone about a new coffeehouse in the area 
which may or may not be open today, I do it with decidedly mixed feelings.
