Thanks to
strong demand for the popular Clark Park Farmers' Market, it will stay in
business longer this year -- maybe even year-round.
The full
regular Market will continue for two Saturdays after Thanksgiving (several
farmers begged the Food Trust to stay open). That means the last
Farmers' Market will be on Dec. 6.
Some
farmers have produce that is not dependent on seasonal supplies. They
will launch a Winter Market on the Second Saturday of each month
through April.
