Why do they want to put the neighborhood out an extra 12 hours of no parking without justification or reasonable reason? The history of these "take over of streets" is that the streets stay empty all night and their truck show up about one hour early. This is criminal of the film office and police departments. But I guess "PAY TO PLAY" is a true way of life in the Street & Blackwell administrations. No wonder the FBI are investigating. Jannie Blackwell needs to get a grip on the situation in her district and be concerned about our community instead of her 15% raise and quest for more power in City Council. Further, will someone demand that these people (hack) follow the law and post publicly their permit [if they really have one] for all to read on location.
