We got our home renovated by the Penn Plan.
it was a great help. It has improved my block of 49th
and Locost. We are rich either. I think the plan is
good for all folks of W. Philly. Less affluenent folks like
nice neighborhoods too!!

S. brings up an interesting point. While I bought my house on the Penn plan,
I'm definitely not affluent and couldn't have afforded to buy a house
otherwise.
